Modifications I have performed:
Removed the original UHF output and replaced it with a composite output.
Replaced keyboard membrane, as it was faulty when I purchased the computer.
Added divMMC Future that allows software to be loaded via SD Card connected to adaptor plugged into the Expansion port.
Replaced power supply with a modern one with a more stable voltage output.
